Our services cost you nothing. We don’t charge anything for setup. Our 30% booking commission covers all of our services.
Of course. You provide the schedule and we’ll make sure that all of your listings are updated appropriately. Your home is only booked when you want it to be. We just ask that you let us know of any changes 14 days in advance so we can be sure to adjust the availability on all of your listings.
We find it easier and more secure to use an electronic keypad lock on a door of your choice that guests can use to enter and exit. We just give them the code on the day that they check-in, and automatically change the code to the lock after they check-out, leaving it ready for the cleaning crew and the next guests.
We also install a completely wireless security system by SimpliSafe that can include motion sensors, glass break sensors, and entryway sensors. Our security works with your current system so we won’t have to change any current setup you have. This way your guests and your home stay safe and secure 24/7.
We know that a clean home is important to both you and your guests. That’s why we bring in a professional cleaning company after each stay to clean the home from top-to-bottom. We’ll make sure to keep your home in its best condition at all times. We even clean it for you after your own personal visits!
We only book guests who have been vetted through a background check and provided a valid ID and payment method in order to make sure all of your guests are reliable. However, in the rare case that an accident does happen, we offer liability and damage coverage for up to $1M dollars. This covers any damage that could be caused by a guest, our company, or a contractor. Many of the services we use, like Airbnb, also offer up to $1M in damage/liability protection. Our coverage stacks with this and creates up to $2M dollars in coverage to give your home as much protection as possible.
We completely understand that you may want some valuables or some areas of the house to be off-limits. Just let us know which items or rooms you don’t want us to grant access to and we’ll make sure to lock those doors and put those items in a secure room or closet.
All you have to do is fill out the application and speak with one of our agents to schedule a good time to take photos of your property. We’ll set up the listings and do everything else.
No. Our income is generated from booking commissions. If you want to snooze or deactivate your listing just let us know. Right now you can choose to from a 2 month or 6 month management term that renews automatically until you cancel.
