Our experienced team handles the entire rental process from end-to-end. We take professional photos, manage your listings, vet potential visitors, add security, communicate with your guests, and clean your property from top-to-bottom after each stay. You don't have to pay anything and you never have to lift a finger. All of our services are covered by our 30% booking commission.
We send you a check at the end of every month for all your bookings. Your home is only booked when you want it to be. We just ask that you let us know of any changes 14 days in advance so we can be sure to adjust the availability on all of your listings.
You don’t pay for any of our services. We handle everything for a flat rate booking fee of 30% and you receive a check each month for your rental income.
